Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy

What the plans cost

Prices are in USD. Your card issuer may apply exchange rates or other charges. Any applicable taxes and legally required information should be shown before you authorize a payment; actual tax obligations differ by jurisdiction. Payment processing is performed through Stripe-hosted checkout. Subscriptions are recurring purchases; Refresh Packs and Value Packs are one-time purchases and are not subscriptions.

When Fresh Checks are used

Viewing a previously saved result does not, by itself, deduct a Fresh Check. Selecting Fresh Check may spend one allowance when new data must be fetched. A recent shared/cached result may require no charge against your allowance. Your daily allowance is used first; after it runs out, checks are taken from your packs, starting with the pack that expires first (a Refresh Pack and a Value Pack are treated alike). Each pack's checks expire 365 days after its payment is confirmed unless a non-waivable law requires otherwise. Buying a pack does not change your plan, and canceling Pro does not remove packs you have bought.

Manage or cancel Pro

Use Manage Subscription while signed in (in your account menu or on the Pro page) to open Stripe's hosted Customer Portal, where enabled, and follow the cancellation instructions. If the option is unavailable or fails, contact [email protected] with your X username and appropriate transaction reference so we can assist without requesting your full payment card details.

Canceling stops future automatic renewal charges after the effective cancellation date shown by the portal or confirmed by support. Depending on the configuration and applicable law, service may continue until the end of the current paid period. Please cancel before the next renewal. Signing out, deleting an app profile, or disconnecting X is not a substitute for canceling an active Stripe subscription.

Refunds

Payments are not automatically prorated or refunded merely because you stop using the Service, except where required by applicable law. For duplicate or unintended charges, material service problems, an incorrect purchase, or other concerns, contact [email protected]. We assess requests case by case, taking into account the facts, the Stripe transaction record, the Service's operation and all applicable consumer rights. We will give required refunds, withdrawals or other remedies where local law provides them.

If a Refresh Pack or Value Pack payment is fully refunded, or a dispute (chargeback) is opened for it, the unused checks of that pack are revoked, subject to applicable law. Checks already used are not taken back, and your other packs are not affected. Refund processing time depends in part on Stripe and your financial institution.

International customers

RPLY.RUN intends to sell where legally permitted and supported by Stripe, X and other providers. Transactions are unavailable where prohibited by sanctions or payment law. Nothing in this policy removes mandatory consumer cancellation, cooling-off, withdrawal or refund rights that apply to you. The country-specific seller details, tax treatment and statutory notices required for certain jurisdictions must be supplied separately when legally required; these terms do not replace them.
