Terms of Service

1. Availability and eligibility

RPLY.RUN is intended for individuals aged 18 or older. You need an X account for features requiring sign-in. Free and paid services may be offered to eligible customers internationally where lawful and supported by X, Stripe and other service providers. We may decline transactions or access where required by law, sanctions, security or service-provider rules. The Service is currently provided in English and prices are displayed in U.S. dollars. Banks and payment providers may apply exchange rates or fees.

If mandatory consumer laws in your country apply, nothing in these Terms removes protections that cannot legally be waived.

2. The Service

RPLY.RUN displays and helps track publicly accessible X reply counts for selected dates, activity levels, stored history, public-account comparisons, Running Mates and eligible analytics. You may also view publicly available information about other X accounts. Saving a Running Mate is a private bookmark, not a friend request, endorsement, or notification to the person involved. RPLY.RUN does not publish posts or replies on your behalf.

Counts and analytics can be delayed, cached, incomplete or unavailable because of X API constraints, rate limits, protected accounts, removed posts, timezone calculations, provider outages or technical conditions. Our Run Levels are RPLY.RUN's labels, not official X classifications or population rankings. Do not use the data to make high-stakes decisions about people.

Rankings and the home page's Today's Top Runners preview are public and list only accounts whose owner joined after signing in with X; an owner can leave at any time in the account menu. The order is by the activity counts RPLY.RUN has stored for the current UTC day or week, among joined accounts only. It is RPLY.RUN's own ranking, not an official X ranking, and counts are as of each account's last update and may be out of date or incomplete. See the Privacy Policy.

The Service is independent of, and not affiliated with or endorsed by, X Corp. Use of X is also subject to X's applicable terms and policies.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding access to your X account. Do not use the Service unlawfully, impersonate others, circumvent billing or rate limits, scrape or bulk extract data, interfere with security, unlawfully profile or harass others, or use public-account information in ways that violate privacy rights or X's rules. We may restrict access to protect the Service, comply with law or prevent abuse, subject to applicable rights.

4. Free plan, Pro and check packs

Current Free accounts receive 3 Fresh Checks per quota day; Pro accounts receive 12 Fresh Checks per quota day. The Service shows your remaining allowance and reset time. A request for saved data may not spend a Fresh Check; an intentional Fresh Check can use an allowance when a new fetch is required. Some account updates upon X sign-in do not count against your personal allowance. Limits and features may be adjusted prospectively with legally required notices.

Pro costs US$4.99 every week, automatically renews, and continues to bill until canceled. Before you pay, the pricing page and Stripe Checkout show the amount and how often Pro renews.

Check packs. A Refresh Pack (20 additional Fresh Checks for US$7.99) and a Value Pack (60 additional Fresh Checks for US$19.99) are one-time purchases, not subscriptions: each is charged once and never renews. Each pack you buy is separate and is valid for 365 days from the time its payment is confirmed; checks left in a pack when it expires cannot be used. Your daily allowance is used before purchased checks, and among your packs the one that expires first is used first. Buying a pack does not change your plan, and canceling Pro does not affect packs you have bought. Credits are for using the Service, not money, and cannot be sold, transferred or redeemed for cash, subject to applicable law. If the payment for a pack is fully refunded, or a dispute (chargeback) is opened for it, the unused checks of that pack are revoked; checks already used and your other packs are not affected.

Payment processing is through Stripe-hosted checkout. We receive payment identifiers and transaction/subscription status, but do not process your full payment card number through our app. Your bank may apply currency conversion or transaction fees. Taxes, statutory purchase disclosures and local digital-service rights are governed by applicable law.

5. Cancellation and refunds

You may request cancellation of future Pro renewals through our Manage Subscription function when available, which opens Stripe's secure customer portal, or contact [email protected] if the portal is unavailable. Merely signing out of RPLY.RUN or revoking your X connection does not itself cancel your paid Pro subscription. Cancel before your upcoming renewal to avoid an additional charge. Cancellation of future renewals and any remaining access depend on the actual billing configuration and applicable law; the customer portal will show the effective date.

Fees are not automatically refunded or prorated solely because you stop using the Service, except where required by law. We review refund requests involving mistaken, duplicate or disputed charges, service non-delivery and other appropriate circumstances individually at [email protected]. See the Billing, Cancellation & Refund Policy. This policy does not restrict mandatory statutory cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights.

6. Intellectual property; service providers

We and our licensors own our original software, graphics and Service branding. Public X information, usernames, images and trademarks belong to their respective rights holders. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service as permitted by these Terms. The Service depends on X, Stripe, hosting and network infrastructure; provider changes can affect availability. You retain any rights you have in suggestions or feedback, while allowing us to consider ideas you voluntarily send us.

7. Disclaimers and responsibility

We seek to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, exact counts or uninterrupted availability of third-party content. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as available”. We are not responsible for losses caused solely by outages or changes in third-party services beyond our reasonable control. Nothing here excludes liability or legal remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory consumer protections.

8. Privacy, requests and updates

See our Privacy Policy for your information and rights. To request account closure, personal data access or deletion, contact [email protected]. If you have a subscription, request billing cancellation separately before closing the account; we can help coordinate this. Closing your account also ends any unused checks in your packs; this does not limit any refund or other right that applicable law gives you and that cannot be waived. We may update these Terms with reasonable notice where legally required. Material changes to paid plans will be announced as required by applicable law.

9. Governing law and contact

To the extent legally permitted, these Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. This choice does not deprive consumers of mandatory rights or forums that applicable law protects. We do not require binding arbitration in these Terms.
